2. Information used
- Order details: selected products, quantities, preparation, estimated total, and preferred delivery date.
- Contact details: your name and phone number, plus the address and landmarks you enter in the form or share in conversation.
- Delivery location: a Maps shared link or device coordinates if you choose to add them.
- Technical information: hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser details, request logs, and security information to deliver and protect their services.
3. What happens on the website
The storefront keeps form selections in the current page’s memory. It does not have a customer account, order database, or payment form, and our application does not save your form details in cookies or browser storage. The browser or device may separately offer autofill or retain history.
When configured, “Continue to WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp using a URL that contains the prepared message, including the details you entered. WhatsApp may receive that content when the link opens, even before you tap Send. We receive your order message when you send it to our business. While ordering is in preview mode, the message is shown on the page instead.
4. Optional device location
We request your device’s current location only after you tap “Use my current location” and your browser permits access. We use a single reading to create a delivery pin; we do not track your movements. We show the device’s estimated accuracy because location results may be approximate.
You can decline location permission and paste a Google Maps link instead. You can also revoke location permission through your browser or device settings. Opening “View pin on Maps” shares the coordinates with Google Maps. Continuing to WhatsApp includes the selected location in the prepared message.
When you request your current location, your browser sends those fresh coordinates to BigDataCloud to find an approximate locality or town for the editable address preview. BigDataCloud also receives your IP address and uses aggregated coordinate/network signals to improve its geolocation data. This lookup does not guarantee a street or house address. You can edit the preview and add a landmark. We do not use this service for manually pasted Maps links; those can be used without the lookup.
5. Why we use your information
We use the information you choose to provide to respond to your request, confirm stock and price, prepare the requested items, arrange delivery, contact you about an order, resolve concerns, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in your message.
6. Sharing and external services
Order details may be shared with the people preparing and delivering your order to the extent needed. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising profiles.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare and loads fonts from Google Fonts. These providers receive technical requests such as IP addresses. WhatsApp handles messaging, and Google Maps handles map links; their processing may occur outside India. Their policies apply to their services:
We have not added advertising pixels or analytics scripts to this storefront.
7. Retention and your requests
Form details remain in page memory while the page is open and are not written to a storefront database. Messages and order records received by our business are kept for order fulfilment, customer support, and any required record-keeping, and should not be kept longer than needed for those purposes. External providers control the records held in their systems.
You can contact us to ask what order information we hold, correct it, request deletion, withdraw permission for optional uses, or raise a privacy concern. Tell us enough to identify the relevant order. Some records may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations. You can use the site without granting device location permission.
8. Children, security, and updates
Ordering is intended for adults arranging their own or their household’s purchases. Please do not send a child’s personal details unless necessary for an order and you are authorised to do so.
We use HTTPS hosting and limit the information requested to what is relevant to ordering. No internet service is entirely risk-free. If our ordering process, data storage, or service providers change, this policy will be updated with a revised date.
9. Business admin accounts
The private business workspace stores admin names, email addresses, roles, password hashes, and account status in Cloudflare D1. Passwords are hashed; they are not stored as readable text. A secure, HttpOnly session cookie keeps an admin signed in for up to eight hours. Sign-in protection temporarily stores a hashed IP-derived key and attempt count for up to 30 minutes. Catalogue edit history records the account identifier and previous product information. These records are used to operate and secure the shop. Only the owner can create, reset, or disable other admin accounts. Product photos uploaded by admins are resized in the browser and stored in D1 with an uploader account identifier. These photos are available through public image URLs and shown in product galleries after publishing. Replacing or removing a gallery photo does not immediately erase the stored file, so previous product snapshots can continue to work. Customer order details are not saved in this database.
